The engineer I spoke to, directed me to the correct part of the product for the serial number and he completed the registration.

That have said this is normal for washing machines with sensors now on machines

Didn’t work properly. Informed Hoover and they sent return label but I still gave neutral feedback as I am a pensioner and still had to carry it to the PO. Got a full refund which was good

The gents were quick and friendly. It would have been nice if they had explained about the bits that were left inside the drum.

It was ok I guess, it’s just that when you have 5 living in the house and your washing machine breaks down so many times, customer care is the least of your worries.
