“Hidden” charges
I booked a transatlantic flight and it doesn’t give you the option to add luggage. Why I’d go transatlantic without luggage I don’t know!! I overlooked this point until printing off the booking...

Our website picks up the best available fares available through the airline fare distribution system. The airline system broadcasted a "hand baggage" only fare for your booking, which was picked and booked for your reservation.
With regards to the booking you have made, we always show baggage-related information on our website under the tab “More information”. If the passenger has not seen the information on the website, we send the confirmation email with the attached Itinerary under the title “Meal and Luggage”.
We would like to apologize again for the issue that has cropped up, but as a travel agency, our options are limited as our website picks up the lowest fare available and then provides it to the passenger who makes a search for it.

Check everything before you pay!!!
Was not made clear at time of biking that no luggage was included with the fight, on phoning customer service they pretty much said it was my own fault and would do nothing to help, would not use...

Option to purchase hold bags at time of booking would be better
The option to purchase hold bags at the time of booking the flights would have been less stressful. I don't mind paying extra for this but didn't like that I had to call up and have them added.
