We are sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your pendant and that your candle is faulty. We understand that you are wary about returning items however, this is the only way that we can replace or refund faulty goods. We can only suggest that you return your items via Royal Mail special delivery as it is tracked, insured and delivered to the recipient the following day before 1pm. Any postage costs will be refunded only if the items are deemed faulty.
