Amazing that these days a company so easily accepts returns
I love to shop with Gemporia. The online shows are educational and entertaining. Great for gift shopping. There is jewelry, candles, scarves, health items....on and on.
The first ring they sent was the wrong size. I waited 2.5 MONTHS for a replacement. The new one is missing stones. I have to return it and wait another 2.5 MONTHS for a credit. The shipping refund...

Unfortunately, due to the value of the ring, we would need you to return this back to ourselves for a for a full refund. We can appreciate that this does take a long time but we will also refund the return delivery charge. Please can you add your card onto your online account - or call us on 1-855-448-7777 and an adviser can do this for you. We will then be able to refund the return postage cost to your payment card.
