Hi Tayyab,Many thanks for your feedback.I am sorry you feel the shipping costs are expensive.I can see this was your first ever shipment through our service and your goods were dispatched from our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey.Our tax free warehouse is located in the Channel Islands and, unlike our mainland UK warehouse, Channels Islands/Guernsey are classed as tax free islands so all retailers who offer shipping/delivery to Guernsey/Channel Islands are required to deduct the additional value added tax (VAT) from purchases for goods entering a tax free location. Whereas all purchases coming to our mainland UK warehouse have to include the VAT applied by the retailers.Our tax-free warehouse address is very useful for customers wanting to ship high value goods. The higher the value the more VAT you would save. Shipping rates from Guernsey are more expensive as they can only offer DHL Express service and all shipments that are dispatched from Guernsey have to travel back into mainland UK to be processed through customs before being exported to the destination country. I can see the total purchase value of your goods were low value which means shipping from Guernsey warehouse would not be cost effective for you if you are only purchasing lower value items because you would not save a lot of costs on the additional purchase VAT of the goods from the retailer on lower value goods. It is recommended that you only look to ship higher value goods to this address as shipping options are limited to DHL and can be a little more expensive than shipping from our mainland UK address.
