Hi there,Many thanks for your feedback.I am sorry to hear that you feel unsatisfied.However I can see you have received a total of 3 shipments from our UK warehouse through our company so far. It appears that not one of your packages had been submitted for a repack service from your account prior to dispatch.Please be aware that all packages we receive for our customers, to our warehouses, are shipped out just as they come into us from the seller/retailer unless otherwise stated by the customer or if a repack request has been submitted by the customer from their account. If your goods do not get submitted for a repack service from your account prior to being dispatched from us, this would mean the goods would have been booked in, stored and then dispatched in the same packaging and box they had been received to us by the seller. If we receive packages that are visibly damaged upon inspection, are a larger item which may require reducing in size, if the internal or external of a package was poorly packaged or insufficient for onward shipping or required a pallet quote sourcing we would always attempt to inform our customers directly of necessary repack requirements for goods unless customers request otherwise.I understand that this issue must be very frustrating for you, however, we do strongly advise customers to always consider our repack services, prior to shipping their goods so we can ensure all your goods are verified as safely and securely packaged for onward shipping every time.I hope this helps you further and assists you with your query.Kind RegardsHayley
