Delay with refund
They messed up my flight booking so i had to rebook but it took me over a month to get back the refund from the original flight, everytime I rang I was told they sorted it but obviously not.

Easy and straight forward.
It was very easy. No fuss about it. Booked the hotel. Didnt need to print out anything(which can be both a good and bad thing) and checking in was hassle free.
