I got the confirmation mail from ebookers but the hotel didn't receive the reservation, so they had to find me another place to stay because they were full.

I had bad experience at the hotel I booked via ebookers and i sent them plhotos as proof still it's 1 week I still haven't received anything back from ebookers .
