Hi there, I am sorry to learn you had a disappointing experience with the vendor that you were asked for a utility bill as well in order to pick the car. The information on Compulsory Documentation required for car collection is mentioned on our website under the rules and restrictions option. This option is highlighted in blue for our customers so they can check all the required information before confirming the reservation. Once the reservation has been booked by the customer, you can still see that information under the Additional charges & restriction link. It says, at time of pick-up, the following documentation issued in the main driver´s name must be presented at the rental desk: Reservation confirmation reference number (Voucher where applicable), Valid Passport/or ID card, Valid Driving License, Valid Credit Card, Fiscal Code (applicable for Italian customers with destination Italy), Utility Bill (for some countries for instance UK and France is mandatory 2 different Utility Bills and proof of private home address).
