This is my first time using Ebookers But I am impressed so far I'm not traveling until July But information is very good at the moment

I was trying to book seats and was told once I booked and paid I could then select my seats which was absolutely not the case

Could be more specific!
Except for the fact that I was able to book the flight tickets without any problems, I was particularly disappointed that Ebookers charged me an extra payment on top of the advertised ticket price. ...

Very poor/confusing service.. wasn't really able to book what we wanted. Ended up splitting bookings across multiple ones and had to also contact both airline and hotel directly.
