Thanks for the prompt response. However, i don't feel that it's terribly useful. As the customer you are then expecting me to send the order away and then arrange another suitable date for the delivery, causing me potential inconvenience. As I see from other comments on this website, this is the most frequent cause for complaint. Surely you should address this directly with your delivery subcontractors and not expect your customers to do it as individuals. There would appear to be a trend identified and perhaps you should raise this directly with them ? Your product is good it's a shame it's being let down by poor delivery.
