It sounds like you had your logs delivered by the chuckle brothers! Seriously, though, very sorry for the poor delivery you had. I can assure you that all the pallets we send through the Palletways network conform with their guidelines in terms of size and weight and you should not be getting drivers telling you they are too heavy. I have passed your comments onto Palletways head office and I do hope that you give us another go in future, give us a chance to show that the delivery can be made without so much fuss.
