Hi Francis, I’m really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service. All of our Account Handlers answering calls are fully trained and understand the ins and outs of the insurance policies we offer however they are not able to advise on which policies you should buy as we are a non-advisory service. Public Liability insurance comes as part of our Business Combined insurance policy, so when clicking through to the quote engine, you need to click on the drop-down arrow next to ‘Business Combined (incl liabilities)’ to choose the level of Public Liability insurance you would like to purchase. Thank you for you feedback on this, I do understand where you are coming from. I’m going to pass your comments on to our website team. Apologise for the delay in receiving a call back. I can see that you’ve now spoke with our Account Handler, Abigail.
