I am not convinced I have paid the right price. My policy states the premium is £709 and the invoice states £709. However I have paid £1,096. It looks from the paperwork as if the total premium...

I’m really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service.
I’ve spoken to our customer service team and they have informed me that our Account Handler Courtney has spoken with you to explain that the increase in premium is due to an amendment to your turnover. The price of premiums do tend to increase the higher your turnover is, due to the increased risk.
If you would like to discuss this further, please do let me know and I will arrange for one of our Account Handlers to give you a call.
