You can send this to sales@capitalplay.co.uk. In regards to the pump nozzle, this is tucked into the lid of the pump so it does not get bent. Thank you

Brilliant service. Ordered 9am on a Friday and was delivered by 1pm the same day! The staff on site were very informative and knowledgeable on the different trampolines.

Yes we agree, these nets take a bit of time to attach to the base of the trampoline, but well worth it to keep the children safe inside. Thank you

Yes we sell two different sizes, 25mm pole or a 38mm pole. Always best to measure your poles before ordering. Thank you

Delivered when expected. Superb quality. We installed the 14 x 10ft rectangular tramp. Only Two of us did it so be prepared that when a section states 20 minutes, unless you have done these before...
