Delivery was good. I needed to re-drill the back plate because the holes didn't sign with the back board.

Thank you for your feedback Kate, sorry you had to do this, unfortunately we received a faulty batch and have had a few reports of this. We have now actioned this batch, please let us know if you have any further problems and we will of course send a replacement.

This is the second time I've used this website. Replacement parts delivered in a couple of days. Very happy and certainly a lot cheaper than buying a new trampoline. Looks as good as new.
