Glad to hear that the children love their new trampoline. Yes we would always recommend purchasing a tie-down kit if you don't have one, small price to pay for security in the long run.

Thank you for letting us know how your install went, we have tried to make our instructions ever so simple and easy to follow, glad you had a smooth install.
Easy to order trampoline and quick delivery but were given wrong instructions. So it took way too long to assemble in 30 degrees!!!
After many hours we were disappointed to find the zip on the net...

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your have had a problem with your zip on your trampoline. This can be replaced under the warranty but unfortunately yes you have to take off the old one to put on the replacement. Sorry that you have had a negative experience over Facebook messenger, I'm sure you would have been asked to email photo's to sales@capitalplay.co.uk as this will go through to the warranty team rather than the social team.
