Bad communication, item took over 6 weeks to arrive

Item did not arrive so had to ring Camlab multiple times to trace whereabouts of item. Eventually after over 6 weeks the item was received but I found out it was originally sent to the wrong company,...

Hi there, we were sorry to hear that the two products you purchased are not compatible. We are waiting to get one of the EM4 incubators in stock and we will do a full cross analysis of which dipslides are compatible with which of our incubators. On our website, the incubator designed to be used with the dipslides you bought are linked off the dipslides as a related accessories. We are glad to hear you have been able to use the incubator in the meantime by removing the rack and we will get back in touch with you shortly with information on compatibility of our units/dipslides to find a further solution for yourselves.

Generally satisfied but some delays awaiting out of stock items has caused some issues

Orders are completed quickly if items are in stock. Not much information is given if items are due to be delayed if not in stock.
