I'm sorry to hear that you have not been happy with our service - looking over our records I can see that we discussed the problems at length by email, and we have tried our best to resolve the issues.

At the moment we do not record all of our telephone calls, so unfortunately we cannot see if during your original request for a conductivity meter we discussed the high temperature and corrosive conditions you are working in - please appreciate that these sort of conditions do require specialist equipment.

Many thanks for the feedback. We can only apologise for the lack of communication in letting you know that the order would not arrive with us until the 8th May and be shipped next day. As part of our constant improvement program we are always looking at ways in which we can improve the customer experience by letting you know when items are out of stock at the manufacturers and keeping you updated.
