Hi thank you for your feedback.We have taken a look at the issues surrounding your order and have found that at point of placing the order we were advising an average lead time of approximately 10 days, and we fell slightly short of this, dispatching the goods after 13 days. We try to keep our lead time information as accurate as possible, unfortunately we are completely at the mercy of our suppliers and them supplying the goods in a timely manner. We also accept that we should have called you to let you know. Please accept our apologies and we will contact you directly to check your order has arrived and all is well.
