I had to keep inputting my password, changing it, the website wouldn’t accept what I’d put in. Not enough information given about the caravans, very confusing. Then billed for extras that I had to...

We are sorry that you feel the cost of your holiday was unclear – we make every effort to be transparent regarding all accommodation types and charges, both in newspaper pullouts and on our website. We also list any additional amounts that may be charged to you by the park for service charges and/or optional entertainment passes on the page throughout the booking process and on the confirmation email you receive from us following booking online.
