Excellent customer service
Excellent service advisor. Very polite and friendly. Been with axa for the last few years and never had a problem. Asked for a paper copy and with in a few days I received it with no problem.

A phone number to call rather than chat lines. Excellent
Biggest plus for me was the fact you could deal with them over the phone rather than chat lines. Very pleasant, helpful.
