Thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry that our communications and delivery service have let you down on this order. We do understand the need to get this right and our problems here were compounded when the separate parcels where split by the courier. This is difficult to manage as the components are deliberately split to avoid damage. Sometimes this means that parcels of different sizes get routed differently and this is out of our control. Thank you for letting us know about the missing items. This was the first we were aware of it. We have arranged for an extra pack of these to be sent to you today. Aside from these issues I hope that your vitopod works well for you. In our experience it's best to propagate 'little and often' to avoid having too many healthy plants to put out before the soil outside warms up.
