Thank you for your feedback. I was really sorry to hear that we appear to have disappointed you. According to our courier records the item was signed for at 09:48 the day after you ordered it, but please accept our apologies if this wasn't the case. Maybe one of your neighbours signed for it (Cleaves?) and left it out nearer the time you where home. If it was left then the couriers who are mainly local must have been confident that it was ok as they would have been liable, but I do understand the distress this must have caused. With regards to the item, we have emailed you separately asking for a photograph to show the 'dent' as it's not clear if this is to the cast iron or the brushes. We look forward to hearing from you in this regard so we can comment further. The item itself is very solid, so I'm confident this will no affect the performance in any way, but obviously we want you to be 100% satisfied. Stuart
