Delivery was not fast I'm afraid and although I can not complain about the products I have certainly not seen any benefits over my usual shampoo and conditioner

Thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback. We're really sorry your parcel took some time arriving. We have checked and your order was sent the following day using Royal Mail standard delivery, which can take up to 5 working days.
Unfortunately, once your parcel has left us at White Hot it is out of our direct control. We're disappointed that you haven't been more pleased with our products' results.
