Thanks for leaving us some feedback Kathryn. All hair types are different and take to the products differently. Brilliant is a light purple shampoo which is less harsh than other products on the market, and so whilst might take a couple of washes to see the effects, it is less likely to make your hair dry or brittle. We appreciate your feedback and hope you notice some changes in brightness soon.

Glorious shampoo is not actually a brightening product. It is a deep cleansing shampoo which banishes the dirt that can reside in white and grey hair and help maintain the work that your brightening products do. Its brilliant for battling the coarseness that grey hair can bring.
Although I have only used the Brilliant Shampoo half a dozen times my hair seems to have more volume.I wont be wasting my money on thickening shampoos in the future.
