Hi Linda, thanks for leaving some feedback. With all International orders we always allow between 10 -15 days (excluding weekends). This depends on your state and postal systems. We can confirm your order was processed on the 1st and shipped on the 2nd of November, so still falls within the Royal Mails guidelines. We will send you across your tracking details so you can look into the status of you order via our customer care account. In future for US orders we suggest using our US retailer skinstore.com as this may be both cheaper and more efficient for you.

Thanks for your feedback, we always take on board customer suggestions. We have recently changed the packaging from a tub to a tube for ease ( based on customer feedback) but we will bear this in mind for the future. x
Love the products, they were delivered on the Saturday after I ordered them on the Wednesday. Really quick delivery.

Our motto for Lifeshine Oil is a little goes a long way. We recommend a pea size amount to run through the ends of your hair for shine, gloss and nourishment.

Intense Lustre Mask is a deep conditioning treatment which does not need to be used in conjunction with any conditioners or oil as it serves the purpose of the two. We say leave on for 3 minutes for maximum benefits.
