Thanks for leaving us some feedback and we were happy to help with your query. As we said in the email we don't believe it is due to our Brilliant shampoo as it impossible for it to make it anything but brighter and lighter due to its ingredients and formulation. However, as we say to everyone reduce the more external factors that increase yellow and dulling in grey and hopefully this will help. We hope your blonde friend enjoys using the product - it's a beauty secret and we hope you enjoy the shoosh.

My order was dispatched very quickly and we'll packaged. The products themselves are wonderful to use.
I would definitely recommend this and will be ordering regularly.
