Now that's what I call customer service.
I didn't even complain yet they read my feed back and sent me a replacement product.
Well done white hot team you just earned a life long customer who will recommend your products and your service.
Thank you for all of your feedback Paul, we are thrilled to see that you are pleased with our shampoos but sorry to hear that Shooshing Crème was not for you. Shooshing Crème is lightweight and moussy and formulated to give short hair a little extra oomph, giving hair weightless volume and texture definition. We appreciate that all hair is different and takes to products differently and we hope you find something more suited to you in the near future.
