Terrible service

My review is in relation to the quote process and purchasing the insurance. I was dealt with by Charlie who was extremely helpful, polite and patient. He covered all my queries about medical issues....

Unfortunately , although they emailed a receipt for my payment, I had to ask for the actual documents, as they weren't sent.

Very good, although several unsuccessful attempts/delays getting connected via phone(still preferred option)Operative very clear and no problem getting policy sorted and copy of invoice and documents...
