Good - but hope not to test claims experience!
Very sople and efficient. Have not yet had any claims experience and that is the test of any insurers but I hope not to test it!

There was a slight glitch on the website booking (which was frustrating) but when I called there was a very helpful person who was able to provide a quote and send it to me.
