We had a pleasant stay in the Knightsbridge suite with our children. Melissa was very friendly and attentive and we had no issues whilst there. Cannot fault her assistance.

Amazing experience with the company. Kept us fully informed during the process. Received us during our stay and left us a welcome package which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend them .

Wonderful apartment, lovely receptionist Melissa there to help advise and check in. Great location, spot,essay clean. Everything felt shiny and new.
Just some minor points: 1. built in fridge...
We were met by a courteous lady and kept informed of timings very well.
