Dear Vicky,

Firstly thank you for renewing your council’s insurance requirements with us.

We put value on the provision of having a dedicated account manager and Karen worked with you throughout your insurance renewal and is on hand to help with any assistance you may require in the future.

We value your custom as you have been with us for a number of years. In that time insurance rates have dropped with ourselves and our competitors. It is not unusual for insurance rates to fluctuate, as you will know from holding personal lines of insurance.

We are keen to maintain existing relationships with our customers and sometimes this means working with them to get to more appropriate premium over a two step process.

Thank for taking the time to respond to our Feefo request and for choosing to renew your insurance requirements with Zurich Insurance.

I must apologise for the accompanying letter that you received, you are indeed correct in that some of the information contained within the letter was not relevant and these sections should have been removed ahead of sending to you.
