Very sorry to hear this Ellie. We have reviewed this ticket and can see that the initial response was less than 15 minutes from you raising the ticket, which is within even our most stringent SLA. We understand your frustrations but can see that we had difficulty accessing your computer remotely due to the poor performance of the device, and on one occasion because you were on a train with slow connectivity. In fact the performance and age of your computer was deemed bad enough for it to be retired from use completely. We always strive to respond and resolve any and all issues as quickly as possible but there are sometimes factors beyond our control which can create delays. Apologies again and we hope that everything is now resolved to your satisfaction.
