Kia ora Megan, Thanks so much for such an incredible review! It really sounds like your New Zealand trip with Topdeck was something special from start to finish! NZ really does have a bit of everything so it’s great to know the itinerary gave you the chance to experience it all while still feeling relaxed and seamless along the way. It’s super lovely to hear how much of a difference your Trip Leader made to your experience. Having someone who can bring destinations to life with his knowledge, while also staying flexible and adapting to changing conditions makes all the difference, espesh in New Zealand where the weather can keep you on your toes! We also appreciate your feedback about the app. We’re sorry to hear it didn’t always work as expected. This has been shared with our web team so we can continue improving it. Thanks again for the stunning review and we’d absolutely love to have you join us on another trip in the future!

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your review with us. We’re so glad to hear you loved the itinerary and the destinations along the way! From the scenery to the overall route, it’s designed to feel like a highlight reel of the country. It’s also great to hear your comments about your Trip Leader and so it’s fantastic to know they made a positive impression during your trip. At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that there were elements of your experience that didn’t quite match what you were hoping for. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to miss out on something you were really looking forward to. For activities that are extremely popular, such as Hobbiton, we do make it very clear on our website and in your trip notes provided that these must be pre-booked through the Your Options section of the Topdeck Travel app at least two weeks before travel. That said, we really appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We're pleased that overall you had a great time and we hope to welcome you back again in the future! Thanks once again!

Hi Lachlan, Thanks for sharing your review! We’re stoked to hear you enjoyed the amazing activities, the overall group vibe and that your Trip Leader helped everything run smoothly so you could fully relax and enjoy the experience. Our new age range is 18-32 (that’s 32 at the time of booking). This was the range that was most popular in our research and we’ve done this so groups feel more social & connected with travellers of a similar age🫶 We’re super pleased to hear you had such a positive time on your trip overall. Thanks again for taking the time to leave your review!
