After investigating your comments, we found no conditions were noted in your form. We can only make decisions based on the information provided to us. However, we completely understand your frustration and we have passed your feedback on to our app team who are reviewing how to improve functionality and accessibility for all travelers. Your insights are incredibly helpful, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to learn that your pre-tour experience fell short of expectations. Typically, full travel documentation, including meeting time and location, is sent at least two months prior to departure. However, we can only send these documents once we receive the self-assessment form from you. After reviewing your booking, we can confirm that as soon as we received your completed form, we promptly emailed the documents to you a month before your departure date.
