Always efficient and reliable. I couldn't do Christmas without The Works. The products are great and very fairly priced.

My parcel turned up a whole month after i originally placed my order and one of the 12 toys had been snapped in half but the snapped part wasn’t in the box which means it was broken before...

Ordered 2 times just before Christmas 1st time was sent the wrong order 2nd time order didn't arrive they really didn't care when I contacted them not helpful at all
