slow delivery, 2 weeks.

Onenitem out of stock which is fine injust didnt know when the delivery was made as i did so as a gift to someone else

An item arrived broken but I was very impressed on how quickly and efficiently the problem was rectified.

The courier was useless - but The Works were amazingly helpful and sorted the problems out really quickly - so a very positive experience, all in all!

Items were as ordered but packaging was abysmal - came torn and boxes were tatty - good job items weren't presents!

Slow delivery

The service is let down hugely by items coming from different stores and sent out in jiffy bags. A jiffy bag is not adequate protection for a single children's paperback book so several items arrived...
