I ordered 3 items on 27th Sep. So far I have received 1 item. If the outstanding items arrive in the next day or two I will be happy, otherwise I shall be contacting you re reasons for delay.

I haven't even received my order yet and it's been 10 days since I placed it. Apparently there was delay with dispatch from the warehouse, yet no one communicated this to me until I sent and email...
