The pillows quality is ok, it works provided you do not move your head while you are sleeping.

I am not sure if there is any way you can improve the pillow. The problem is mine I think. When sleeping with my bad ear in the hole it was fine. But I kept moving and having to find the hole again. A

The pillow and pillow case aririved and has really helped my ear. Had to remove a fair bit of “stuffing” to make it comfortable for me, but once this was done it has been an excellent purchase.

Prompt delivery soon after order placed. Pillow very comfortable.

Works well for my husband’s ear cartilage inflammation. I only wish delivery was quicker.
