Thanks for your considered feedback. The stuffing can compress with use. There are a couple of fixes for this. The most effective is to unzip it, take all of the stuffing out and fluff it up / part the stuffing before re-stuffing it. The stuffing won't go everywhere as it is hollow-fibre, so you don't need to worry about mess.
Another fix is to machine wash it at 30 degrees before tumble drying it on a cool dryer setting with a tennis ball to agitate the stuffing. This will fluff it up but, of course, there is an element of randomness involved as washing machines can often have a mind of their own. Therefore I suggest the first approach. It takes around 15 minutes and is a good way to reinvigorate your pillow for another few months of use.
