Called to give feedback but no reply and tried again today.
The service I received was average whilst arranging a special holiday on the Orient Express to Venice. Unfortunately this turned into further disappointments with planning errors and follow up, despite me making contact on numerous occasions to correct. We are also planning a safari to Botswana but shall not be using this company to handle our 35k budget.

I haven't been on the holiday yet! However booking was great. Very quick to respond, the only travel company who bothered to call me about my enquiry. Been very helpful throughout.
