Unfortunately, the original hotel was subject to availability at the time of quotation and had become fully booked before we received confirmation of your holiday. We do recommend securing reservations promptly to avoid disappointment, especially during busy periods, but understand this isn't always possible.
I’m pleased to hear that Krishna was able to assist in securing an alternative hotel for you. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
