Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry about this experience you have had with the tap. Lara will give you a call today to make sure the manufacturer and their warranty team have sorted this out for you else we will also follow them up for you.
Not many things usually go wrong with taps, but when they do our suppliers step in to cover their warranty. It appears something was missing from the box which is rare but does happen.
We will be in touch to make sure this is sorted ASAP.
