Staff were quick to inform me about a delay; then my item was not delayed so I'm super happy. Delivered when they estimated, and placed where i's requested.

Waited from 20th Jan for 2 Luna Hand Basins - Arrived on 1st Feb - (12 days) One only and it was smashed! Very poor packaging - bubble wrap - really !!
Lets hope in the replacement ones arrive in...

Apologies for the poor delivery experience, not what we set out to do or the way we want our customers to feel. We are doing everything we can to sort it out ASAP.
Definitely our responsibility to deliver the right products in perfect condition. Unfortunately with Vitreous China breakages do happen but we will sort it out at our cost ASAP. The team have already sorted out replacements which are on the way and will delivered with the best care we can provide.
7 - 10 business days is our promise for SA deliveries but with Australia Day in between your order and the driver attempting delivery on the 30th, 31st and finally the 1st we were within 7 - 10 days. HOWEVER, no excuse for not sending two basins! We are working out what went wrong here and making sure it never happens again!
We will do everything we can to sort this for you and really sorry for this stuff up on our part. Thank you for the feedback, it will help us improve our processes and nail a great delivery service next time.
