I thought the email I received was from one of these annoying survey people and as I had not yet been to the property I have booked it seemed irrelevant.
Now I have spoken to Chris, who explained that it is a family business and I was being aslked about the booking service, I am very happy to give it a top rating and also impressed with the personal call to sort this out.

Very good weekend. Suggest informing guests where the petrol stations are
Cottage lovely and comfortable. Owners very helpful. We have earmarked it for future ref.

An okay place to stay but not perfect.
Comfortable cottage. No hot water in taps and shower,though hot was blocked drain. Was not made aware that garden was shared with cafe and owner rather present, so hideaway and seclusion it was not.

Very good,definitly go again.
Nothing to complain about. good accommodation clean and tidy. The area North Devon very pretty and tranquil ,Would recromend to anyone.

Great company to use for finding quality accomodation in Exmoor.
