The lady who helped me find the perfect holiday via the online service was wonderful.
She made sure all of our requirements were covered and we even got a sea view.

I used the chat function as the website calendar doesn't work at all!!? I got sent the details and booked it straight away with no fuss. You would have got 5 stars if you could sort out the calendar...
