Clear advertising and simple price structure. But the need to let them know I had paid seemed strange. After I had done this got a reminder to pay!

Jenny, you had a very special request to bring Oxygen cylinder which we need to check was OK and you changed the dates of your holiday from the original enquiry. We need to check all this was Ok with the owners before taking the booking. Chris

as I was changing the dates and did not need to bring oxygen with me ,i thought it better to talk to someone on the phone .Ihad already made a provisional booking but i then made another booking online.please do not try to make me feel as if i had done something wrong i only wanted to talk to you about it.I have had a trying time with my very sick husband so do not telephone me again with what i feel the review i gave you to be fair.
