Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted that you rate our service highly. We always try our best to offer a late as possible collection as possible, but will always initially offer collection in our own vehicle on a day when it is in your area. We will not ever exceed more than 5 working days before your departure.
In regards to cost, our price has remained the same since 2013 and we don't anticipate any increases in the near future, so we are hope you will be happy to continue using our service for many years to come.

Ease of booking. everything went as planned, case was picked up on time, arrived in the cabin, collected at the end of the cruise and delivered to my home as arranged.
