An excellent, friendly and efficient service door to cabin and back. Takes all the hassle of lugging cases about. The holiday starts when we leave for London/Southampton with a small shoulder bag.

a speedy and efficient service although we travell by coach who see the luggage to security etc the cases are usually in cabin when we have checked in
